Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Vegxa Gaming ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Electrify: Power the City ("Oyun") mobil oyununu kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu indirerek veya oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Oyunu kullanmamalısın.

1. Kullanım izni

Sana, Oyunu kendi cihazlarında kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla oynaman için kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir izin veriyoruz. Oyunu indirdiğin uygulama mağazasının (Google Play, App Store) kuralları da geçerlidir.

2. Yapmaman gerekenler

Oyunu veya parçalarını kopyalamak, değiştirmek, satmak, kiralamak ya da dağıtmak,
Oyunun kodunu çözmeye, tersine mühendislik yapmaya ya da kaynak koduna ulaşmaya çalışmak,
Hile, değiştirilmiş sürüm ya da otomatik araçlarla Oyunun işleyişine, reklamlarına veya satın alma sistemine müdahale etmek,
Oyunu yasalara aykırı bir amaçla kullanmak.

3. Fikri mülkiyet

Oyunun tasarımı, kodu, görselleri, sesleri, metinleri ve "Electrify" ile "Vegxa Gaming" adları bize aittir ya da kullanım hakkımız vardır. Oyundaki şehir haritaları ve ünlü yapılar gerçek yerlerden esinlenen, sadeleştirilmiş çizimlerdir; gerçek coğrafyayı birebir yansıtmaz ve yol bulma gibi amaçlarla kullanılmamalıdır.

4. Uygulama içi satın alma: "Reklamları Kaldır"

"Reklamları Kaldır" tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve bölüm sonlarında gösterilen reklamları kalıcı olarak kapatır. İsteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar (ör. "Reklam izle, devam et") seçimine bağlı olarak kullanılabilmeye devam eder.
Ödeme, Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır ve o mağazanın koşullarına tabidir. Fiyat mağazada gösterilir.
İade talepleri mağazanın iade kurallarına göre değerlendirilir; iade için Google Play veya App Store'a başvurabilirsin.
Satın alım, aynı mağaza hesabıyla kullandığın cihazlarda geri yüklenebilir (Google Play'de kendiliğinden, iOS'ta Ayarlar'daki "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile).

5. Reklamlar

Oyun ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamlar üçüncü taraf reklam ağları (Unity Ads) tarafından sağlanır; reklamların içeriğinden ve reklam verenlerin sunduğu ürün ya da hizmetlerden sorumlu değiliz. Kişisel verilerle ilgili ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakabilirsin.

6. Oyunun değişmesi

Oyunu güncelleyebilir, içeriğini değiştirebilir, bazı özellikleri kaldırabilir ya da Oyunun dağıtımını durdurabiliriz. Oyun ilerlemen yalnızca cihazında saklanır; Oyunu silersen ya da cihaz değiştirirsen ilerlemen kaybolabilir.

7. Garanti ve sorumluluk

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Oyunun kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, tüketici olarak yasalardan doğan ve sözleşmeyle kaldırılamayan haklarını sınırlamaz.

8. Yaş

Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. Bulunduğun yerdeki yasalara göre reşit değilsen, Oyunu ve satın alımları ebeveyninin ya da velinin izniyle kullanmalısın.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel hâli her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır. Değişiklikten sonra Oyunu kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak bulunduğun ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Electrify: Power the City (the "Game"), a mobile game developed by Vegxa Gaming ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to play the Game on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The rules of the app store you downloaded the Game from (Google Play, App Store) also apply.

2. Restrictions

Do not copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the Game or any part of it.
Do not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to access the Game's source code.
Do not use cheats, modified versions or automated tools to interfere with the Game, its ads or its purchase system.
Do not use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual property

The Game's design, code, graphics, sounds, text and the names "Electrify" and "Vegxa Gaming" are owned by us or used under license. The city maps and landmarks in the Game are simplified illustrations inspired by real places; they do not accurately represent real geography and must not be used for navigation or similar purposes.

4. In-app purchase: "Remove Ads"

"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that permanently turns off the ads shown after levels. Optional rewarded ads (e.g. "Watch ad & continue") remain available at your choice.
Payment is processed by Google Play or the App Store and is subject to that store's terms. The price is shown in the store.
Refund requests are handled under the store's refund policy; please contact Google Play or the App Store for refunds.
The purchase can be restored on devices that use the same store account (automatically on Google Play, and with "Restore Purchases" in Settings on iOS).

5. Ads

The Game is free and supported by ads. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks (Unity Ads); we are not responsible for the content of ads or for products or services offered by advertisers. For details about personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to the Game

We may update the Game, change its content, remove features or stop distributing the Game. Your game progress is stored only on your device; it may be lost if you uninstall the Game or change devices.

7. Warranty and liability

The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Game. These terms do not limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Age

The Game is designed for users aged 13 and over. If you are a minor under the laws where you live, you must use the Game and make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. By continuing to use the Game after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live as a consumer remain unaffected.
