Bu politika, Vegxa Gaming tarafından geliştirilen Electrify: Power the City ("Oyun") mobil oyununun hangi bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar.
1. Bizim topladığımız bilgiler
Oyunda hesap açma, giriş yapma ya da ad, e-posta, telefon numarası gibi kişisel bilgi isteme yoktur. Oyunun kendisi sunucularımıza veri göndermez.
Oyun ilerlemen ve ayarların yalnızca kendi cihazında saklanır: açtığın şehirler, kazandığın yıldızlar, dil, ses, müzik ve titreşim tercihleri, reklam kişiselleştirme tercihin ve "Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımının durumu. Bu bilgilere biz erişemeyiz. Oyunu silersen bu bilgiler de silinir.
2. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Oyun ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Bu amaçla aşağıdaki hizmetler kullanılır; bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre veri işler:

3. Reklamlar ve tercihin
Reklamlar oyun oynanırken gösterilmez; yalnızca bazı bölüm sonlarında ve senin isteğinle izlediğin ödüllü reklamlarda çıkar. Oyunu ilk açtığında, ilgi alanlarına göre kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmesine izin verip vermediğin sorulur. Bu tercihi istediğin zaman oyundaki Ayarlar ekranından değiştirebilirsin. Ayrıca cihazının ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin.
"Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımı, bölüm sonlarındaki reklamları kalıcı olarak kapatır.
4. Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.
5. Haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR)
Kişisel verilerinle ilgili bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz etme hakların vardır. Bizim sunucularımızda senin hakkında veri tutulmadığı için, reklam verileri ile ilgili taleplerini doğrudan Unity'ye iletebilirsin: Unity gizlilik politikası. Diğer sorular için bize yazabilirsin.
6. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel hâli her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Electrify: Power the City (the "Game"), a mobile game developed by Vegxa Gaming, handles information.
1. Information we collect
The Game has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not ask for personal information such as your name, email address or phone number. The Game itself does not send any data to our servers.
Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device: unlocked cities, earned stars, language, sound, music and vibration preferences, your ad personalization choice, and whether you purchased "Remove Ads". We cannot access this information. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
2. Third-party services
The Game is free and supported by ads. It uses the following services, which process data under their own privacy policies:
- Unity Ads (Unity Technologies): To show ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraud, it may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, device and operating system details, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interactions. Unity privacy policy

- Google Play (Google): Purchases and payments are handled by Google Play; your payment details are never shared with us. Google privacy policy
3. Ads and your choices
Ads are never shown during gameplay; they appear only after some levels and in optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch. When you first open the Game, you are asked whether you allow personalized ads based on your interests. You can change this choice at any time in the Game's Settings screen. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
The "Remove Ads" purchase permanently turns off the ads shown after levels.
4. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. Since we do not store any data about you on our servers, you can send requests about advertising data directly to Unity: Unity privacy policy. For any other questions, contact us.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
